What to include
- Your iOS version and device model.
- The app version you are using.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
- Whether the issue involves importing, playing, sharing, or restoring a file.
Privacy and passwords
Do not send us your vault password, sharing password, private videos, or backup password. We cannot recover lost passwords because encrypted files are designed to depend on the password you set.
